We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.

Our standard delivery service is via Royal Mail Second Class, which takes 3-5 days to arrive. For larger orders we may use a tracked courier service, if so we will notify you and send over the tracking number.

If you need your party bags super-quick, just let us know - we can use a faster delivery service for an additional cost, the exact amount will depend on the size of the parcel.

We ship globally - for Europe orders are shipped for a flat rate of £12.99 and for the Rest of the World (including the US) it's £24.99. This covers most average sized orders (around 10 to 25 bags) - if you are only ordering a couple of bags please contact us and we can potentially offer reduced postage depending on your location.

Due to the nature of the product we don't usually accept returns - we check each item carefully when packing your order so there shouldn't be any issues - but if you do find that anything has been damaged in transit please get in touch and we can send out a replacement.
