We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.
Our standard delivery service is via Royal Mail Second Class Parcels, which takes 3-5 days to arrive. For particularly large orders we may use a tracked courier service, if so we will notify you and send over the tracking number.
If you need your party bags super-quick, just let us know - we can use a faster delivery service for an additional cost, the exact amount will depend on the size of the parcel.
